Unconscious Bias

November 16 | 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

This is a 2-hour course that will explore the concept of unconscious bias. In this session, we will examine how we make decisions based on unconsciously held beliefs. We will discuss how these beliefs impact the people we work with, and share evidence-based techniques to prevent unconscious bias in the workplace.

Upon completion of the course, you will be able to:

  • Describe the meaning of the term Unconscious Bias
  • Analyse how decisions are impacted by unconscious beliefs and how these affect others in the workplace
  • Be able to use evidence-based techniques to identify, challenge, and prevent areas of unconscious bias
  • Be equipped to deal with any bias you may have to ensure you are able to provide non judgmental support

The course costs £35 and you will have the option to pay using a Debit or Credit card after registering. All invoice requests must be received within 7 days of registration, otherwise your place will be cancelled.
